Parent and Toddlers

Meet every Monday from 9.30 am to 11.00 am during term time - cost £2 per family per session (includes refreshments).

The Llanblethian Group is a fun and supportive place for parents to bring their babies and toddlers on a Monday morning. Expectant mothers are also welcome. It is a safe environment for the children to play and a great place to meet other new parents and have a cup of tea and a chat. Anyone wishing to find out more can drop in on a Monday morning. Children from newborn to school age are welcome as are expectant Mums.

Post natal Yoga

Gentle Exercise for Mothers with your baby

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum until your baby is crawling.

These sessions are specifically designed to help nurture, strengthen 

and balance your post natal body physically, mentally and emotionally. Please note these are not baby yoga classes

Friday Mornings 10.00am -11.10am

55 minutes yoga practice and 15 minutes for a drink and a chat. 

Tea, coffee and healthy biscuits are provided :)
